QY Series submersible electric pump for seawater

Qy series oil-filled submersible electric pump consists of three parts: water pump, seal and motor. The three-phase asynchronous motor is located at the lower part of the electric pump; and axial flow impeller space guide vane structure; the integral mechanical seal or double-end mechanical seal is used between the water pump and the motor as the dynamic seal; the “O” type oil-resistant rubber sealing ring is used as the static seal at each fixed stop.

The rotating shaft of the electric pump is treated with hard chrome plating, which can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft, and is also conducive to the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller. The electric pump motor below 7.5KW and 4KW is equipped with a thermal protector, which can automatically disconnect the power supply to protect the motor under abnormal conditions such as phase loss and overload of the electric pump. The electric pump of 5.5KW and above needs to be equipped with a motor protection device.

This series of electric pumps are widely used in engineering, farmland, mines, construction sites, municipal environmental protection and other places. , Water tower water supply, mine drainage ideal pumping equipment, but not suitable for explosion-proof applications.

Conditions of Use：

The electric pump can work continuously and normally under the following conditions of use:
1. The electric pump is suitable for the medium of clean water, and the medium temperature does not exceed ten 40oC;
2. The PH value of the medium is between 6.5-8.5;
3. The volume ratio of solid impurities in the medium is not more than 0.1%, and the particle size is not more than 0.2mm;
4. The power frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is three-phase 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times of the rated value.
5. The diving depth does not exceed 5m, not suitable for sewage, chemical irrigation and drainage
